The first changes I noticed in perimenopause weren't physical.

My moods were all over the place. One day I was fine, the next I'd get hit with uncontrollable rage or crippling depression. I had no idea what was happening to me, and I certainly didn't know what to do about it.

I thought I was the problem. Maybe I was too emotional. Maybe I needed to try harder. Maybe something was wrong with me.

Turns out, none of that was true. I just didn't understand what was happening.

Once I started paying attention to my hormones, my cycle, and the patterns in my own body, things began to make a lot more sense.

And that's what I want for you.

Because nobody knows your body better than the person who's been living in it.
